How it works
What happens after you pay, laid out before you pay.
Our process
- 01
Order & brief
You
Choose your package, check out, and answer a short brief questionnaire — what you sell, to whom, and what's not working now.
Us
Confirm the order and read the brief properly before we write anything.
- 02
Kickoff
You
Send over existing assets — current copy, brand guidelines, product info, whatever exists.
Us
Ask the questions the brief didn't answer. No copy gets written on a guess.
- 03
Draft
You
Nothing yet — this part is ours.
Us
Write the full first draft, delivered in a shared doc within the package's stated turnaround.
- 04
Revise
You
Give feedback on substance — argument, structure, tone — using your included revision round(s).
Us
Revise against that feedback, not against every possible opinion in the building.
- 05
Deliver
You
Receive the final copy, formatted for your CMS, ESP, or dev handoff.
Us
Confirm you have everything you need and answer any last questions.
The process, in one line
Every project moves through the same four stages, whether it's a five-page site or a single email: brief → draft → edit → deliver.
Frequently asked questions
That's what revision rounds are for — tell us what's not landing and why, and we'll revise against that. A weak first draft that gets fixed in one round is normal; a first draft nobody gave feedback on usually just means nobody read it carefully.
As involved as answering the brief and reviewing two drafts. We don't need daily check-ins, and we don't disappear for three weeks either.
Tell us as soon as it does. Small adjustments are normal; a genuine scope change gets a quick, honest conversation about timeline and price before we keep going.
