Who we are

Ingenio Copy S.L. (“Ingenio Copy,” “we,” “us”) is a copywriting studio based at C/ Graz Liebenau, 28, 46910 Alfafar, València, Spain. This policy explains what personal data we collect through ingcopywriter.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. What data we collect

• Contact and enquiry data — name, email address, phone number, and postal/billing address, when you submit a project enquiry, request a quote, or place an order for one of our packages.
• Order and billing data — billing name, billing address, VAT/tax ID (if provided), and the services/packages ordered, when you check out on the site. We do not collect or store card numbers or other payment card data anywhere on our systems; payment fields are handled client-side and are never transmitted to or stored by us.
• Project content — briefs, existing copy, brand materials, product data, or other content you share with us to complete a project.
• Usage data (only with consent) — pages visited, general location (country/city level), and device/browser information, collected through Google Analytics 4, and only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for full detail.

Why we collect it (legal basis)

• To perform a contract with you — processing an enquiry, an order, or delivering a project (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• With your consent — analytics cookies, and any optional communication you opt into (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
• Legitimate interest — keeping the site secure and functioning correctly (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share data with

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), only after you consent to analytics cookies — acts as a data processor for aggregated usage statistics. Data may be processed on servers outside the European Economic Area under Google's standard contractual clauses.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your data with advertisers.
• We may share data with service providers who help us operate the site (e.g. hosting), bound to process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and order data for as long as needed to deliver the project and meet our legal (including tax) obligations, and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed for those purposes. Analytics data retention follows Google Analytics 4's default retention settings.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@ingcopywriter.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.

Children

This site and our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data we hold, including restricting access to those who need it to deliver our services.

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
