Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booked calls and appointments

If you've booked a call or a scheduled work session with us, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the booked time may incur a fee of 50% of that call's value, where applicable.

Paid copywriting packages

Our packages are digital services, delivered as written copy rather than a physical product. Because of this, EU/Spanish distance-selling rules on the standard 14-day right of withdrawal work a little differently here — in short:

• Before work begins: if you cancel after ordering but before we've started drafting, you're entitled to a full refund.
• Once work has begun: by placing an order and providing your brief, you ask us to begin work before any statutory withdrawal period would otherwise end, and you acknowledge that once drafting has genuinely started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies in full — in line with the digital-content/service exception under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Spain). If you cancel after drafting has started, we'll refund any portion of the fee that reflects work not yet carried out, calculated in good faith against the stated scope and turnaround of your package.
• Revisions: the revision rounds included in your package are covered by the price you paid; they are not separately refundable once used.
• Retainers (monthly services): a retainer can be cancelled for future months at any time, taking effect from the next billing cycle; work and payment for the current, already-started month are not refunded.

Bespoke and price-on-request work

Cancellation and refund terms for custom-scoped projects are agreed in writing before the project begins, since scope, deposits, and milestones vary by project.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
