About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of copywriting packages and bespoke project work from Ingenio Copy S.L., C/ Graz Liebenau, 28, 46910 Alfafar, València, Spain (support@ingcopywriter.com), through ingcopywriter.com. By placing an order or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Ingenio Copy provides English-language copywriting across six packaged services — Website Copy, Landing & Sales Pages, Email & Lifecycle Sequences, SEO Content & Articles, Brand Messaging & Voice, and Product & E-commerce Descriptions — as described on each service's page, plus bespoke/custom-scope project work agreed directly with a client. We do not provide design, development, paid media, or technical SEO services.
Ordering and acceptance
An order is placed either through the site's checkout (for the fixed packages listed on /pricing and /shop) or by agreement following a project enquiry (for bespoke or price-on-request scope). An order is accepted, and a contract formed, once we confirm it in writing (by email or the on-screen order confirmation) — not simply upon submission.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are net of Spanish IVA, which is calculated and shown separately at checkout at the applicable rate (currently 21%). At present, our checkout collects order and billing details in a clearly labeled test/demo payment mode while we finalize a live payment processor; no live card charges are taken through the site at this time. We follow up every confirmed order by email to arrange payment and next steps before work begins. For bespoke and price-on-request work, payment terms are agreed directly with the client before the project starts.
What's included and revisions
Each package's included deliverables, turnaround window, and number of revision rounds are stated on its service and product page and are binding as described at the time of order. Revision rounds cover feedback on substance — structure, argument, tone, factual accuracy — delivered within a reasonable time of receiving a draft. Requests beyond the included rounds, or substantive scope changes after work has begun, are quoted and agreed separately before we proceed.
Client responsibilities
To deliver on the stated turnaround, we rely on the client providing a complete brief, relevant brand/product materials, and timely feedback during revision rounds. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
Intellectual property
Ownership of the final, delivered copy transfers to the client upon full payment. Until full payment is received, all drafts and deliverables remain the property of Ingenio Copy S.L. Ingenio Copy retains the right to reference completed projects (in general terms, without disclosing confidential business information) in its own portfolio and marketing, unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat briefs, product information, and any other materials a client shares with us as confidential, and use them solely to deliver the agreed project.

Limitation of liability
Ingenio Copy provides copywriting services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business opportunities) arising from the use of delivered copy. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that specific package or engagement.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these terms or a project engagement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of València, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order, identified by the “Last updated” date above.
